三 年 後 ， 四 名 特 工 與 一 宗 走 私 案 的 污 點 証 人 同 時 被 殺 ， 阿 苗 與 同 事 Joe 、 鑑 証 科 的 Vincent 推 斷 是 Rick 所 為 。 苗 在 Rick 家 中 搜 出 鎗 械 ， Rick 的 女 友 Colleen 代 為 頂 罪 ， 苗 只 有 釋 放 Rick 。
Rick 以 每 日 殺 一 警 察 作 為 威 脅 ， 要 苗 放 Colleen 。 Joe 被 殺 後 ， 苗 逼 得 放 走 Colleen ， 並 要 與 Rick 完 成 三 年 前 未 完 的 鎗 局 ， 而 終 於 在 商 場 中 作 生 死 決 戰 。
Rick's hobby is guns; he collects and shoots them for fun, and has developed a reputation as a master marksman. When four policemen are killed without evidence, the police detective suspects Rick and arrests his girlfriend in order to lure the innocent man. A tense game of cat and mouse ensues with the two men facing each other in a double tap shooting game.
